    The Deal Desk Analyst will partner with sales teams on building, reviewing, approving standard and non-standard quotes by providing guidance and recommendations on deal pricing, commercial structure. Deal Desk Analyst will also liaise with key stakeholders across Sales Management, Legal, Finance, Product & Pricing, Services in securing approvals all in-line with Veeam's financial and strategic objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Reviewing proposals / quotes and provide Sales&Renewals with deal structure and pricing guidance to optimize profitability, meet strategic corporate goals, and accelerate deal closure
    • Be a valued business partner for sales, legal, finance, renewals and sales management to ensure necessary cross-functional alignment
    • Maintain reports and data on discounting trends
    • Maintain and train sales teams on how to use various sales tools, such as Non-Standard-Quoting Tool, Migration Calculator etc
    • Enable an informed decision making on complex deals
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    Education

    • Basic: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent required

    Experience

    • Sales or finance experience in technology field.

    General Knowledge

    • English - Advanced
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experienced with Microsoft O365

    Job skills

    • Proactivity on understanding and assimilating Deal Desk procedures functionality and importance;
    • Keeping track of new procedures updates;
    • Ability to complete and prioritize activities daily with minimal error;
    • Good communication skills;
    • Capacity to self-improve;

    • Capacity to understand the company and customer's needs.
