Global Trainee / Internship in Purchasing (starting in July or October)

Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. All our services contributed to the global mission of developing a safer vehicle for the driver and the passengers.

Starting with 1st of January 2019, we became part of the ZF Group, which is a global leader in driveline and chassis technology as well as active and passive safety technology. Your tasks:
• Organizing and implementing three individual projects at different ZF locations within Materials Management with focus on Purchasing Non-Production Materials and interface departments like Production Materials Purchasing / Supplier Management (two projects within home country, one project abroad)
• Working on a joint group project for two months (focused on project management)
• Participating in different workshops and seminars
• Getting to know our broad product portfolio by means of a three-week assignment in production
• Setting up a comprehensive network within ZF and taking over a permanent position after completion of the trainee program

Your profile:
• A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, Data Management or similar, preferably Master’s degree
• Relevant internships in Purchasing, Supplier Management, Supply Chain Management or Sales
• Preferably study or work experience abroad
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to work independently and autonomously with a high degree of personal initiative
• Great communication skills and willingness to work in an international team, mobility, interdisciplinary interest, creativity
