    In a typical day as a Team Leader DACH Customer Care Direct you would:

    • Monitor key performance indicators of Care team members and implement corrective actions in case of deviations
    • Support the team to resolve cases that impact its key performance indicators in a timely manner
    • Prepare presentations on the evolution of metrics each month
    • Keep track of individual metrics and gather performance materials for the manager / office manager in preparation for the annual evaluation
    • Offer approvals on behalf of the manager / head of office as agreed with him / her
    • Hold recurring meetings with each team member to discuss and align with current performance and possible areas for improvement
    • Represents a model of a Leader, demonstrates the beneficial effects of a proactive attitude and constantly shares with the team ways to improve the way they work
    • Coordinate the operational process and the solution of the operational problems arising in the team
    • Ensure the coordination of the operational activities that are necessary to deliver to our clients and partners the promised service
    • Deal with specific activities optimizing revenue and improving cash flow, as well as timely invoicing of orders
    • Participate in the hiring process with the manager / head of office
    • Plan the continuity of activities during holidays and national holidays
    • Deal with the assignment of accounts and the distribution of the workload
    If you have..
    • University Degree in economics or IT
    • Extensive experience in the HPE business environment, especially in the HIT direct sales division
    • experience in collaborating with multiple countries / sub-regions at a high level of complexity
    • Fluency in English
    • Leadership skills
    • Customer orientation
    • Solid knowledge in operations management
    • Good understanding of sales operations and distribution channels
    • Perseverance, ability and desire to find functional solutions
    • The ability to cope with multiple activities in a dynamic and multi-functional work environment
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems, manage periods of high stress (end of financial quarter)
    • Attention to detail and strategic thinking
