▪ Excellent communication skills
▪ At least 3 years of business Analysis and/or testing experience within a production environment
▪ Educated to degree level (or overseas equivalent)
▪ Solid understanding of windows operating system
▪ Expert experience with Jira
▪ Expert experience with Test Automation & ALM Testing
▪ Source Code Management & Build Tools
▪ Exposure to a broad mix of server side, UI, Business logic & database technologies.
▪ (Preferred) Hands on experience in Software Licence Management tool/ software vendor on-boarding as part of a project
▪ (Preferred) Demonstrable operational experience of Flexera Flex Net Manager
▪ Understanding of usable and performant .Net libraries aligned with good architectural and design patterns
▪ Understanding of Application Monitoring and application support
▪ Understanding of ETL practices and tooling
▪ Applied knowledge of the core Java technologies and supporting components including:
▪ Programming (Core Java, Java Script, HTML5, CSS3, .NET/C#)
▪ Web Services (REST, SOAP)
▪ Data Exchange (JSON, XML, SSIS)
▪ JDBC Programming (SQL Server)
▪ Web Servers (IIS)
▪ Rigorous, resourceful, adaptable with good attention to detail and strong project ownership
▪ Continuous Integration (nice to have)
▪ Experience with optimising database queries for performance

▪ Responsible for defining business requirements in partnership and collaboration with the business and obtaining sign-off
▪ Ensures the creation of supporting documentation e.g., Terms of Reference
▪ Liaises with programme / project managers, clients, and other stakeholders as appropriate as the business/functional point of contact.
▪ Review’s feasibility studies and estimates.
▪ Participate in understanding testing requirements together with the Platform Team as well as the clients.
▪ Responsible for executing testing requirements together with the QA & Testing Team as well as the clients.
▪ Supports the conceptualisation of new business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks
▪ Responsible for Quality Assurance of project deliverables
▪ Supports the Project Manager on the prioritisation of change requests.
▪ Works with Business Analysis Specialists/Managers to ensure consistent implementation of processes.
