What we would like from your side?

Preferred, 3+ years of software performance testing experience
Experience with any scripting language, Python, Groovy, JavaScript or OOP langauages: Java, C#
Great skills in one or more load testing tools(eg. Jmeter) and scripting language
Experience with Test management tools
Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
Strong debugging skills and seasoned problem solver
Experience working in both Linux and Windows environments
Experience working on an agile development team and with developers
Strong self-driven collaborator with ability to work in diverse teams as a contributing member
Experience in testing on embedded devices is a plus
Experience or proven interest in IoT is a plus
Provide mentorship to less experienced personnel
BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or experience
Experience in testing web-based applications
Ability to learn and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions on the edge OR in the cloud
Linux shell scripting and commands.

The role that you will play:

Evaluate application architectures and design performance test plans
Establish performance test objectives, acceptance criteria, workload profiles and use case scenarios
Measure and analyze performance data (workload, system, and application)
Solve complex problems and provide clear and concise reports with recommendations
Work closely with development teams, architects, and engineers to test their products under load and make recommendations to improve performance, reliability, and stability
Participate in Sprint Planning to understand next steps of our software and prepare the testing activities accordingly
Work closely with internal customers to understand technology requirements for key projects
Use your strong background in quality assurance as you take a hands-on approach to mentoring teams of QA professionals
Conduct code reviews and receive feedback on his work in a positive way
Support testing of multiple major releases in coordination with development teams while supervising testing activities and key internal deliverable
Understand BAS terms, concepts, and usability
