    In a typical day as an Engagement Senior Specialist you would:

    • Develop organization-wide architectures and methodologies for managing end-to-end operations/transformation of large projects and leads teams supporting towards completion
    • Consult with senior and executive business leaders to identify relevant analytics, standards and metrics for the assigned stakeholders/projects; develops overall frameworks and methodologies
    • Be accountable for the stakeholder overall experience with EMDM/partner Operations
    • Identify and evaluates new tools, process innovations, and stakeholders relationships for alignment with strategy roadmap and business value; creates plans for integration and update into stakeholders support and architecture.
    • Leverage recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence and guide decisions of executive business leadership
    • Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of innovation and excellence.
    • Engage with stakeholders to obtain input on creating new capabilities and executing planned transformation activities. 
    • Assist in driving management of change within customer/partner environment and identifying/developing custom solutions as needed.
    If you have...
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
    • Typically 10+ years experience
    • Extensive experience designing and developing business-wide sales operations support systems and solutions
    • Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
    • Extensive expertise in business and sales operations processes and their application to business-wide systems
    • Evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities.
    • History of innovation with examples of developing new technologies and practices for quality systems
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • mastery in English and local language.
    • Ability to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels.
