3+ years previous experience in IT testing projects (software delivery projects)
Experience in banking projects, digital channels/digital journey projects and any certification in testing are a plus
Experience in automation testing is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience
Ability to lead test activities across all the different phases of testing, from test planning, to test execution, to test reporting
Ability to manage client stakeholders and drive test execution
Ability to properly interact with project team: Business Analyst, Development Team, Project Manager, PMO team, while working together to deliver the actual project
Fast ramp-up capabilities in understanding the client environment and the ongoing projects
Expertise in analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and software usability
Experience in running Defect Management process effectively
Experience in working with use cases, business requirements, test scenarios
Experience in performing functional testing, while providing support for business testing and Friends & Family testing
Proficient in JIRA, HP ALM or similar tools for Defect Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
