    Requirements

    • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
    • Experience with installing applications on Windows OS
    • Both verbal and written fluency in English, German nice to have
    • Basic understanding of database structures (SQL) and data manipulation
    • Basic understanding of networking concepts (server-client) and troubleshooting
    • Use of standard Google Suite and MS Office
    • Ability to work with VMWare Workstation/use of virtual machines during the everyday work

    Responsibilities

    • Works closely with the colleagues or engineers located on-site, which are in charge with collecting the information on the current lab structure and functionality
    • Ensures the translation of the current lab configuration and setup into a fully functional and error-free Infinity product configuration
    • Performs the initial setup of the black box where the testing will take place, including product installation, license configuration, the start of Windows services
    • Communicates regularly and transparently with the customer to identify all the requirements and gathers any missing details which will ensure the success of the migration
    • Coordinates activities simultaneously for multiple projects taking place in parallel
    • Performs in-depth testing of the newly implemented setup/workflows/rules by using in-house simulator software
    • Gathers all the testing scenario results and any other project-specific details into a shared location where the customer has access to
    • Proactively looks for any potential bugs within the product and reports them further
    • Proactively provides their feedback on the tools, processes and services and offers suggestions on the possible improvements
    • Assists the customers during the go-lives and ensures any reported issues are fixed in a timely manner
    • Contribute to the team's knowledge base by documenting any useful experiences with the product/specific laboratory/workarounds/how-to articles
    • Mentor the colleagues by sharing knowledge and help them become independent in their daily work
