    Requirements

    Your Qualifications:

    Education: Degree Level (Ideally familiar with SAAS Solutions);
    Experience: 3-5 years’ experience as Training administrator or HR generalist with exposure to HR Tools;
    Good knowledge of MS Office suite;
    Project Management skills;
    Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills;
    Advanced level of English language.

    Responsibilities

    Your Role:

    The In this role, you will be responsible to ensure smooth functioning of the Digital Learning Ecosystem and provide support to stakeholders to leverage the use if digital solutions.



    Your Challenges:

    Manage Digital Learning Platforms at Alstom (LMS and the mobile learning platform);
    Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to ensure smooth functioning of the digital platforms;
    On an ongoing basis maintain, revise, and improve existing instructional material;
    Act as the single point of contact for functional matters of LMS/LXP, ensure clear communication with various stakeholders;
    Train and support the administrators in charge of managing the learning ecosystem;
    Build/monitor internal communication library/ tools (ex:SharePoint);
    Provide trainings to stakeholders in the use of LMS /LXP;
    Analyze and solve a variety of platform related problems;
    Coordinate and follow up on case management (prioritizing and escalating) on critical cases with client care of our solutions;
    Collaborate with the IS&T and Business Information Solution (BIS) to implement systems for monitoring, analyzing, evaluating and reporting on progress and achievement relating to all distant learning/digital activities;
    Assess and set-up CrossKnowledge Learning Experience platform for commercialization projects in close collaboration with the Project Manager of AU commercialization wing;
    Analyze client’s learning architecture and advices on how to best configure and deploy the CrossKnowledge Learning Suite – and other AU solutions - to meet their needs;
    Provide functional expertise during the build phase of a project; Configuring and implementing the platform setup and ensures technical validation.
