    Qualifications

    Who you are:

    • You are passionate about doing things in the right way;
    • You have minimum 2 years previous experience in related fields;
    • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
    • You know how to use Microsoft Office tools and programs expert.

    Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

    • You will be responsible for our R&D Center reception interface;
    • You will ensure that the front desk is always occupied during work hours;
    • You will be welcoming the visitors and provide useful information for their visit;
    • You will coordinate with internal security specialist and external security company;
    • You will be managing temporary cards - registration for visitors and external employees;
    • You will ensure automated access from the main entrances or parking;
    • You will forward information by receiving and distributing internal communications, collect, distribute and mail correspondence/packages;
    • You will offer support for the Facility and Construction Management team;
    • You will be involved in various other duties as required.
