As an Analytics & Reporting Consultant you'll be a member of an international team set to help Continental IT services become more efficient. In this role you will closely collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to bring management reports and chatbot functionalities into the next level. Do you want to be an IT Consultant for Reporting & Analytics? These should spark your interest:

* Cross-functional collaboration with data analyst and report owners;
* Gathering, understanding and translating report owners needs and objectives into report designs;
* Identifying ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality in reports;
* Gathering requirements for extending our Chatbot functionality;
* Work with key stakeholders to validate bot's performance;
* Manage and further develop the Chatbot Architecture & infrastructure in the cloud;
* Manage and coordinating our external provider to meet development goals;
* Analyze data coming from bot conversations to define recurring questions that can be handled automatically;
* Improve dialog flow to handle those recurring questions / develop new actions;
* Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.

This is what it takes to be a successful in IT Consultant for Reporting & Analytics:

* Master studies in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, physics or data science;
* Natural Language processing knowledge;
* Scripting knowledge (e.g python);
* Dashboarding tools experience (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Splunk, etc);
* Data bases, ETL and SQL experience;
* Architecting in the cloud basic knowledge (e.g. Azure, AWS);
* Network basic knowledge & chatbot experience are a plus;
* Excellent written and spoken English skills;
* Communication skills and intercultural competency;
* Strong problem solving, planning, scheduling, and organizations skills;
* Agile methodologies knowledge ( e.g. scrum. Kanban) are a plus.
