Your Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (of advantage in Pedagogical Engineering)
Experience: 5 years in instruction design;
Qualification in Multimedia Integration will be an edge;
Expertise area: project management, educational innovation, instructional storyboard, process set-up needs analysis, custom development;
Technical know-how: Articulate storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia; Adobe Illustrator and HTML would be a plus;
Advanced level of English language; French is a plus.

Your Role:

In this role you will be responsible for supporting Alstom University to design courses (digital or classroom) for their clients (internal/external).



Your Challenges:

Design e-learning courses, serious games, rapid learning, tutorial videos, classroom trainings;
Create engaging scripts for e-learning and classroom courses by bringing storytelling learner experience;
Recommend appropriate instructional method(s);
Create additional materials, like scripts (for audio, video, animations) and asset lists;
Manage edits to scripts and courseware;
Design templates for communication using HTML code;
Support Learning Managers, as needed, on the design and development of projects. This may include brainstorming, attending meetings, analysing source materials, developing outlines, sourcing images, etc.;
Create training materials that meet instructional design principles and customer requirements;
Develop project material on time and to the highest quality;
Integrate training materials into the LMS;
Use different and new technologies (hardware and software) to create and edit contents.
