In 2021 DKV opened an IT Center in Bucharest.
The Web Service Department of DKV is currently migrating from the previous legacy systems to the new Azure Cloud Infrastructure in order to provide customers with new digital products based on the core services.

With this migration all Services and Applications are also being taken over, hence the Web Service Department Teams are working on achieving a smooth transition of the processes.

The DKV IT Center in Bucharest has a vital role for the Web Service Department as it provides new international team members with the required energy and passion to achieving their goals.

• Education: You have a degree in the field of business and relevant education and training
• Languages: Your business-fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus
• Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager of complex projects in an international company. You are also familiar with working with a high level of personal responsibility (time, scope, budget) and have experience in change management including stakeholder management. Experience in managing software development teams and in agile project management is an advantage.
• Personality: You have the ability to systematically capture business requirements and break them down into simple, logical and manageable activities. You also understand the value and cost drivers in a business and can identify new opportunities to increase revenue, productivity and efficiency. With good organisational skills and your proactive "can-do" attitude, you round off your profile.
• Communication talent: You have strong interpersonal and communication skills at all hierarchical levels as well as with internal and external stakeholders , maintain your business relationships and build networks. You are a true team player.

• Taking responsibility - As a Project and Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex, strategically relevant projects throughout the DKV Group.
• Your task - In your role, you will take on the leadership of cross-divisional project teams and also coach project managers in the specialist departments.
• Control - You ensure the successful project process within the framework of project management in compliance with the DKV project methodology.
• Measuring results - The feedback and evaluation of experiences from projects is also part of your remit.
