You will get involved in the accounting activities for the Entities of Société General Global Solution Centre – several countries concerned (France, Spain, Germany etc).
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Primary accounting activities: invoice follow-up - including processing, reconciliation, payments follow-up;
- Offers support to the production teams;
- Assists in month-end closing activities – trial balance, accounts balances, reporting activities to SG Group, external reporting including taxes;
- Propose and participate to implementation of process simplification or improvement;
- Participate to projects impacting production teams when requested;
- Reports to the supervisor/team lead locally;
- Respect internal, security and confidentiality rules.
- Finance & Accounting background (Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables charts);
- Good level of French/English.
- Ability to communicate and build good relationships cross functionally/countries;
- Self control and open-mindedness;
- Self triggered, organized, focus on deadlines, multi-tasking;
- Ability to work in conformity with the procedures, to maintain them;
- Ability to analyze new situations;
- Team player and best practice sharing.
