Your responsibilities:

• You maintain and optimize the infrastructure to support efficient process deployment;
• You drive releases of our Quality Management System (QMS) by process reviews, process integration, quality checks and release documentation;
• You are responsible for a set of processes and consult the work groups in understanding, analyzing, and optimizing their processes and tools;
• You support the efficient handling of direct process feedback and analyze audit results for improvement potential;
• You optimize collaboration of departments / work groups by conducting workshops, proper moderation and driving resolution of inefficient process interfaces;
• You identify overall improvement potential and prepare improvement decisions with all relevant stakeholders, SMART goals, and reliable effort estimations.

• You have a good understanding of process descriptions and relevant standards (e.g. ISO9001, A-SPICE);
• You have a profound understanding of the process improvement cycle and the collaboration with process work groups;
• You have strong technical skills in tools like MS Office, Confluence, SVN, GitHub and Jira;
• Ideally, you have experience in process consulting, moderation and stakeholder management;
• Experience with process management tools is a benefit (e.g. stages);
• You are self-confident and have team player capabilities;
• You can communicate well in English, both written and spoken.
