    Cerinte

    Previous experience in recruitment, 1-2 years as recruiter or sourcer, in house or within a recruiting agency;
    Fluency in English;
    Ability to learn, flex, adapt and stay curious;
    Thorough knowledge of local talent landscape as well as market trends;
    Able to work within limits of processes, procedures and systems while staying creative;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

    Responsabilitati


    Managing recruitment/sourcing process in specific fields (HR, F&A, Procurement, Client experience etc.) from capturing and validating the demand, sourcing, candidate managing, offer managing, background checking of pre-onboarding engagement of new joiners;
    Influencing and guiding hiring leaders to leverage the best practices in hiring;
    Working closely with Business Leads and HR, Compensation, Employer Branding colleagues to facilitate a holistic approach to demand/supply challenges;
    Hunting, farming and engaging with unique and/ or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques;
    Providing a seamless, uniform, “just like you would want it” candidate experience;
    Driving employment offers discussions by partnering with hiring managers and working cross-functionally with HR and Compensation teams;
    Actively participating in either awareness or sourcing events and project a realistic image of BPS organization to the external market;
    Providing pipeline updates, ideally proactively, maintaining data integrity.
