    The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for driving the Commercial business in the assigned territory to ensure that the commercial sales quota is reached and exceeded.

    Responsibilities

    • Driving revenue and contributing to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving individual and team quotas;
    • Managing and closing opportunities in the commercial segment (more than $10.000 in revenue)
    • Creation of Pipeline (including Cold Calling);
    • Provide forecasting and planning on assigned accounts and new opportunities;
    • Meet KPI's such as but not limited to Quota Attainment, Activity Levels (phone time, number of new opportunities created)
    • Initiating telephone and email contact with potential prospects from partner deal registrations, qualified opportunities and lead generation lists as well as handling inbound sales requests;
    • Coordinating sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business;
    • Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis and research on customer requirements;
    • Providing support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product information, quotations and closures (working on and coordinating responses to information, proposal, quotation and bids);
    • Logging all activities and updating information about projects, contacts, accounts and etc in the Veeam CRM system (Salesforce.com);
    • Collaborating with regional field sales employees on territory planning and execution;
    • Work closely with the Territory Manager to maximize the coverage within the assigned region/territory and assist existing customers/prospects with Veeam-related projects;
    • Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned actions;
    • Team work with Inside Sales Team (Inside Channel Managers, Inside Channel Developers, Inside Sales Associates, Systems Engineers);
    • Coordinating sales activities with partners/consultants/distributors and resellers to identify and close new business;
    • Maintaining and promoting a successful and positive work environment;
    • The obligation to fulfill professional goals and targets based on the performance indicators at the individual, department, company;
    • The obligation to report and register on time, complete and correct data required on applications and tools / applications specific internal systems;
    • Any other service tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred
    • Advanced Greek and English language skills
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
    • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field)
    • Ability to find approach to different types of persons in order to establish positive and lasting relationships
    • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
    • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
    • Exceptional written communications and electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools
    • Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to relay information to potential customers
    • Virtualization industry
    • Salesforce.com is a plus+
    • Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
    • Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry
