    The team you’ll be part of

    The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
    You will be part of the Sales support team for the Enterprise business group. Our team focusses on generating analytics and insights for our Enterprise leadership. Recently we have started on a journey to develop a holistic data lake and automate analysis which should give us new data insights as well as predict our KPIs. We need skilled data scientists and engineers to work with our team and drive this transformation.


    What you will learn and contribute to

    Automate Price Benchmarking – You will be responsible for analysing the price data and suggesting how to build models to predict prices of Products and Services
    Manage Databases – Manage the Pricing data in the DB and ensure its clean and structured for analysis. 
    Reporting - Develop and Manage a reporting and pricing support app based on the Microsoft PowerBI Platform specifically for our Pricing teams


    Your skills and experience


    Mandatory:


    -    Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program focussing on Computer Science, Mathematics, Informatics or Economic Informatics
    -    Good Excel skills and a liking for data and numbers  
    -    Basics of data modelling, SQL and some knowledge of databases like Access etc


    It would be nice if you also had:


    -    Programming and Scripting languages like Python or R
    -    PowerBI experience  
    -    Knowledge of AI/ML 
    -    Cloud database knowledge
