Responsible for:
- Developing components of the system inside the R&D department;
- Managing and developing documentation of the developed components;
- Efficient management of endowment equipment;
- Effective communication with company employees and the release of all documents requested by them;
- Submitting reports with activity and status in ERP systems;
- Submitting reports with issues detected inside the system;
- Requirement to answer potential inquiries and issues outside of working hours or days;
- Responsibility to teach and provide direct support to CMS Service.

- Respond to potential issues that may occur as fast as possible;
- Develop and maintain software components according to the department manager's request.
