Who you are:

• You have an University Bachelor or Master Degree in economical or technical field;
• You have a professional experience of 3 to 5 years;
• You have previous experience with the coordination of complex meetings, with the further development of the offer process and with the implementation of process trainings required.

You would be a perfect match to our team if:

• You are eager to be carrying out maturity measurements and deriving measures to improve the quotation process, which requires a high degree of transferability and imagination;
• You have a very high quality and result orientation: assuming ownership for assigned tasks;
• You are willing to be an interface between sales, controlling, product management, development and top management in relation to issues such as keeping customer appointments and implementing the respective offer strategy, so a high degree of responsibility is required;
• You are willing to do the preparation of the offer release documents, which requires agreement and coordination within the scope of the assigned complex of tasks.

The languages you should know:

• English - an advanced level is mandatory;
• German - a good level is an advantage.

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

• You will be organizing approval meetings: preparation, coordination and documentation of quotation release meetings for the assigned business units;
• You will be responsible for planning appointments, coordinating the core team, checking the process conformity, moderating meetings, including document decisions;
• You will be involved in further development of the offer process: initiate process improvements on the basis of the findings from maturity measurements;
• You will offer support in cooperation with various stakeholders from controlling, sales, product management, development and top management and Quotation Release offices from other Business Unites and regions;
• You will be responsible for creation of the Quotation Release manual and implementation of process training.
