    Requirements:

    Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics Navision is highly desirable;
    Strong experience in RTR / General Ledger / Reporting is essential;
    Strong domain knowledge;
    Leadership and people management;
    PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel, Word, PPT and exposure to ERP; Drive for performance, results and improvements proactively;
    Self driven in defining, implementing, managing projects;

    Responsabilitati

    Key Responsibilities:

    Overall Record to Report functions including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, account analysis, and other duties associated with the general accounting;
    Compute, prepare and record period-end closing journal entries (accruals, VAT netting, etc);
    Period-end Reporting, Variance Analysis and Management Reporting;
    Management of fixed assets including but not limited to maintain fixed assets ledger and supporting accounting schedules;
    Manage, drive and ensure successful completeness of internal and external audits;
    Prepare/support the preparation of the external reporting . statistics, taxes, FS etc: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually, as necessary;
    Manage Balance Sheet, ICO, P&L review and analysis;
    Perform complex accounting research and financial statement analysis;
    Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal controls, verify data integrity and policy/procedural requirement;
    Help to serve as a technical expert on a variety of issues;
    Maintain integrity of financial statements and disclosures, including compliance with US GAAP and IFRS;
    Ensure timeliness and accuracy in development and execution of period end reporting package for the Closing process;
    Assist in preparation, analysis of comprehensive short-term and long-term financial forecasts/budgets;
    Other period-end, reporting or ad-hoc activities;
    Assist with the implementation of company initiatives across entire delivery team;
    Propose, drive and implement various / special projects and improvements;
    Act as an escalation point for issues raised by the client;
    Ensure fast resolution of these issues;
    Oversee offshore process and manage external party for local compliance;
    Participate in testing and implementing new systems or procedures;
    Manage end to end delivery, drive and ensure the performance of team members;
    Proactively work to resolve the process related issues within the team;
    Work with various internal and external teams for seamless daily deliver for customer deliverables; Meeting and driving targets, deadlines, SLAs;
    Keeps track of volumes and quality of deliverables and reports at appropriate levels;
    Create different reports, dashboards for Business / internal purpose, manage and lead client calls, reviews and escalations;
    Work on any ad hoc requirements from the management which are critical and business centric;
    Ensure adherence to process essentials and compliance to customer requirements;
