Data Quality Analyst, Finance, OPS & Pricing

The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for recurrent checks of the data accuracy in Veeam' systems and ongoing support of all related questions and actions, as well as participating in and leading projects aimed to increase data quality and accuracy, in the area of expertise

Responsibilities

• Checking the accuracy of the data in the region/segment/organization he/she is assigned to, for compliance with the standards and rules in the company;
• Handling all incoming requests related to the data quality check process, offering solutions and recommendations for the resolution of controversial cases;
• Accurately and proactively transposing Veeam' strategy into actual projects and deliverables for the region/segment/organization he/she is assigned to;
• Participating in projects aimed to increase data quality and accuracy for the region/segment/organization he/she is assigned to. Leading medium to large scale data quality projects, as assigned by the Direct Manager;
• Creating and managing reports, dashboards, and other deliverables, aimed to assist in improving the quality of the data in Veeam' systems and generate new data quality improvement processes and projects;
• Proactively sharing best practices and recommending improvements to the process, in order to increase the quality of the data in Veeam' systems.
• Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Direct Manager.

Requirements

• Basic: Bachelor's Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
• Specialized: Data Quality, Data Governance and/or Project Management training and/or certification is a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience - relevant experience in data-related roles (data steward, analyst, consultant, project manager etc.), preferable within Finance, Commercial Finance, Pricing or Sales Commissioning. Experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Analytics/Reporting and/or Process Improvement roles preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, VBA for MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) -Advanced
• Analytical and Numerical Skills - Advanced
• Proficiency in SQL (Vertica) - Advanced
• Working knowledge of Salesforce- Is a plus
• Working knowledge of HCM systems (Workday preferred)- Is a plus
• Experience with Marketing automation, campaign management, lead qualification, marketing analytics tools & processes - Is a plus
• Working knowledge of Tableau - Is a plus
