    The Supply Chain experience you'll get on the Unilever Future Leaders Program will include Planning, Logistics, Customer service, Make (Production), Procurement and Customer Development exposure. You’ll develop your individual leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role. Over three years you’ll cover up to five or six placements in our East European offices or factories and even broader, based on your performance.

    You could be the Perfect Candidate, if you are:

        • University / Master Degree (not longer than 3 years after graduation)
        • Background in Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Supply Chain/ Logistics
        • Highly fluent in English
        • Having short job experience, internships, studies abroad, volunteering, achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
        • Enthusiastic and passionate about Supply Chain / Manufacturing
        • Having a high level of analytical and problem solving skills
        • Goal-oriented, but also flexible and open for changes
        • Enthusiastic and passionate about Supply Chain / Manufacturing
        • Ambitious to become a leader and ready to have an impact
        • Ready to start your journey at the beginning of September 2022.

    You will need to be flexible in terms of mobility as your rotations will be based at different business units/factories across Europe/Eastern Europe Unilever.
