Java Software Developer

• Migration of the car component of an existing infotainment system to a more powerful base system;
• Adapt a sequential driven system to a stream-based system using RxJava;
• Adapt the existing application to the partially changed properties of the new base system of the car.

• Two years of experience in Java 8;
• Two years of experience in application development with Java;
• Experience in analyzing third-party code is a plus;
• Experience in using SVN, ticket systems (especially Jira) is a plus;

Optional, experience with:
• Reactive, especially RxJava 2.0;
• Java development with Eclipse;
• Knowledge in using Linux / Cygwin;
• Knowledge of UML in general and PantUML in particular;
• Knowledge in Python.
