We are looking for one L&D Coordinator to support our Learning & Development team. It is an ideal role for someone analytics driven, development oriented, and highly organized.

Minimum 3 years of experience: L&D, events planning, logistics administration
Fluent in English
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving and time management skills
Managed topics: reporting, events administration, eLearning compliance, contracts and invoices administration, learning management system administration
Generate reports on training deliveries status and eLearning compliance
Collect feedback and prepare reports on courses effectiveness
Monitor eLearning compliance
Organize logistics for courses (scheduling, registering participants, supporting trainers in virtual/in-person deliveries, collecting feedback, reporting attendance)
Maintain corresponding evidence of exams and courses in learning management system
Follow-up on L&D contracts’ status in corresponding applications
Monitor and process invoices related to L&D programs
