    Requirements

    We are looking for one L&D Coordinator to support our Learning & Development team. It is an ideal role for someone analytics driven, development oriented, and highly organized.

    Minimum 3 years of experience: L&D, events planning, logistics administration
    Fluent in English
    Microsoft Excel proficiency
    Detail-oriented
    Highly organized
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Problem solving and time management skills

    Responsibilities

    Managed topics: Professional Qualifications, events administration, language courses, contracts and invoices administration, learning management system administration
    Organize necessary courses and support students in following specific flow for obtaining Professional Qualifications membership (according to each business area requirements)
    Organize logistics for exams (scheduling, registering participants, reporting attendance, monitoring results)
    Support members in maintaining membership for achieved qualifications
    Maintain corresponding evidence of exams and courses in learning management system
    Generate reports on Professional Qualifications status
    Collect needs for language courses and organize corresponding deliveries
    Generate reports on language courses status
    Follow-up on L&D contracts’ status in corresponding applications
    Monitor and process invoices related to L&D programs
