Your toolbox

Bachelor of Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
3+ years experience as a team leader (scrum master) in a global R&D organization with complex high-performance systems
Strong design and coding skills
Extensive experience using scrum with a deep understanding of agile principles practices and values
Strong, extensive background in full-stack development in Java 8, Angular 2+, NodeJS and related technologies, such as JBoss, Spring
In-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development, deployment, CI/CD, automation, build and release flows)
Experience with concepts such as multi-threading, REST, Web-sockets and application servers
Experience with microservices and containers such as OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience with Automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Gauge
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively

Your Impact

Leading a full stack scrum team consisting of both Java (server-side) and Angular (client-side) developers
Responsible for all development lifecycle including design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows.
Providing technical leadership in various aspects
Coaching and mentoring team members in the agile principles
Conducting scrum meetings, including daily stand-up, sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint retrospectives
Interacting between scrum teams, product, and project managers and building strong relationships to influence cross-levels and functions
Promoting a collaborative team environment that fosters ownership, creativity, and innovation
Taking ownership of day-to-day issues and escalations and finding resolutions for challenging problems
Tracking and communicating team progress as well as sprint and release progress
Lead the effort of modernizing our product-line
