Your toolbox

3+ years of experience in development and implementation projects on ServiceNow Applications and experience with at least ITSM module:
IT Service Management (Minimum 3 years of experience)
IT Business Management
Experience in Scripting/implementing/ administering of ServiceNow.
Should possess the good understanding to guide the team using the Service Now-ITSM and experience with CMDB, Asset Management & Service Portal.
Enterprise Application Integration: Active Directory, SCCM, Discovery and other ITSM Applications knowledge and integration experience
Program Languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Server-Side scripting, Angular JS, Jelly Script.
Multi-Application Integrations using connectors, REST API
Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision using the SNOW Agile Development
Excellent Analytical, Logical, communication and problem-solving skills
An endlessly curious mind

Would be considered an advantage:

Certification: ITIL Foundation or ServiceNow Admin and Implementation certification
IT Operations Management
Software Asset Management

Your impact

Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical and administrative tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.
Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
Answer “how-to” technical and application configuration questions.
Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
Gain required knowledge to develop and support different modules within the organization ServiceNow platform
