    This role represents a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and technical team who is growing and offer a wealth of training. Specifically, you will be required to:

    • Perform hardware and software support
    • Supporting customers via chat, email
    • Hardware troubleshooting, reimage or repair as needed
    • Investigating tickets and working with senior team members to resolve issues
    • Knowledge of basic computer operation
    • Good communication skills

    Profile Required:
    • Open and curious attitude
    • Attention to details and analytical thinking
    • Proactive and dynamic
    • Team player
    • Knowledge of the following technologies would be an advantage: Windows 10, Printer and Scanners, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook)
    • Good language skills – English (spoken and written); French would be a plus
