Your contribution to something big:

• Verifies and archives deliveries from previous day; delivery notes, picking requests, goods issue, bills
• Responsible for daily reports on bills, after the verification of: content, billing data, date of the exchange rate, TVA, format of the form
• Communicates to the clients bills that were not received if the case is needed
• Responsible for original bills and delivering to client via post office weekly or monthly
• Responsible for archiving the bills according to the Fiscal Code
• Responsible for the open orders
• Offers support for completing the statistical declarations and the documentation for the import-export operations
• Responsible for the material calculations
