Production Specialist

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
• Strong communication skills in technical environment;
• MS Office skills;
• English skills;
• Metal press experience is preferred.

• Ensure all performance indicators;
• Ensure the achievement of the required production team subordinated to
the quality standards required by the company;
• Keep track of production in order to draw up work reports;
• Ensure continuous improvement of quality and reduction of losses and scrap;
• Identify training needs and signals of subordinate staff and ensure its
continuing education;
• Establish according to the organizational structure and skill matrices,
responsibilities subordinate staff;
• Supervise the proper functioning of equipment and tools, and signals
necessary interventions;
• General organization of production activities, providing the necessary
workforce ;
• Achieving the objectives set for the current year (in area of responsibility);
• The quantity, quality and achieving deadlines of the production required by
the client;
• Cleaning in the production area in compliance with the principles of 5S);
• Optimal organization of the work area, implementing of the changes which
lead to improvement of production;
• Creating a work climate and appropriate environment, supporting a mutual
communication and motivating the personnel to engage at maximum in
achieving the activities within the company.
