Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

Our associates give great innovation and quality that is why, from 2020, Bosch Blaj will be lead plant for knock sensors. Blaj is one of the three plants in Europe where NOx Sensors are produced, sensors that are part of Bosch revolutionary innovation in diesel technology.

Your contribution to something big:

• Improves the plan for the preventive maintenance of the equipment and installations from mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic point of view;
• Defines the need for spare parts and defines/ checks the life time of the mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components and brings improvements in extending the life time of the components;
• Use standard systems for monitoring performance indicators and propose solutions for improving indicators;
• Organize the daily intervention and maintenance plan;
• Analyze, reports and optimize in regular meetings data regarding the functioning of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and installations;
• Monitor the safety systems, under the given conditions, elaboration and initiation of proposals for their modification;
• Provides technical advice regarding the drafting of reports and documentation necessary for modifications and/ or improvements of the equipment and installations from the mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic point of view;
• Ask for price offers, technical data about the equipment and installations from mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic point of view;
• Test, evaluate and/ or modify the electrical components;
• Other tasks and responsibilities specific to the position, with a temporary character, set by the hierarchical superior.
