• you have a bachelor's degree
• you have at least 3 years experience in recruitment in the IT domain
• you are ambitious, have a professional and nice attitude and pay attention to details
• you have good skills of MS Office and can communicate easily in English
• you are friendly, motivated and a team player!

As part of the HR department, you will handle the entire recruitment process for the job openings assigned to you and will be involved in the hiring procedures for the new employees. Moreover, our recruitment team is the interface of the company and ensures the warm welcome and integration for every new colleague.
You collaborate with our team to ensure the recruitment of professional and nice colleagues according to the requirements. You will be located in our office in Brasov/Bucharest and you will cover the open positions in the IT and engineering area for both our locations: Brasov and Bucharest.

Responsibilities
• receive and clarify the requirement from the hiring manager
• conduct the recruitment process end to end: post job adds, active search, schedule and conduct first interviews, draft the candidate's profile and take part in final interviews and decision together with the hiring manager
• continuous collaboration with all the hiring managers involved in the open recruitment processes
• collaborate with our team in the hiring procedures
• play an active role in the onboarding process of the new colleagues
• based on the HR department needs you could also take over other activities that will motivate you
• you will use dedicated software applications to help you manage your projects and recruitment processes successfully.
