What you need to succeed:

- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Engineering;
- Minimum 4 years of relevant compliance/IT security experience in a reputable international consulting company or relevant professional experience within a Financial Services company;
- Deep experience in developing plans which are detailed, actionable and aligned with industry best practices;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Romanian and English) with an ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels;
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
