Junior Sourcing Specialist with English

AECOM has an immediate need for a highly motivated Junior Sourcing Specialist to join our International Talent Acquisition team. Main responsibilities:

• Sourcing and interviewing passive and active candidates
• Uses social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
• Develops a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
• Uses proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
• Builds relationships and communicates consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
• Identifies future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
• Guide both candidates and stakeholders through the life cycle process.
• Optimizing social media and all recruitment tools available ensuring all advertised material (including job adverts) is accurate and in line with AECOM branding
• Utilizing AECOM' global recruitment system () keeping data up to date and accurate in real time throughout the life cycle process.
• Champion and promote diversity in the business.

Minimum Requirements

• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 months experience in sourcing or recruiting is mandatory.
• Experience of working within a multi-national organization.
