ServiceNow Developer

Romania has a significant pool of highly trained engineering professionals and so we are very excited to build operations in both Bucharest and Cluj.

Requirements:

- Receives general supervision and is competent to work at the highest level of all technical phases of software programming while working on own most of the time;
- Experience implementing integrations utilizing web service APIs;
- Experienced in analyzing and fully understanding user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap;
- Understanding of CSM modules, preferably the FSO module;
- At least one relevant ServiceNow product certification (e.g., ServiceNow Certified -
- Application Developer Certification, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification).

Responsibilities:

- Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows
- Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration
- Develop specifications of complex software programming applications
- Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items, and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service
- Uses scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create scripts to automate rote tasks being done in ServiceNow
- Gathers specifications from the IT department and delivers a product/release that meets the needs presented
- Create requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation.
- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
- Work with business managers to generate views and reports as needed
- Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application
