Sales Business Developer-Southern Romania

● Minimum 3 years of field sales experience (B2B);
● Previous working experience or ability to sell technical or constructions services/products;
● Driving car license (category B);
● Willing to travel in the country (approximately 70-75% of the monthly working time);
● „Can do” attitude with data-driven decision mentality;
● Active listening and ability to identify and analyze customer needs;
● Customer management skills and ability to deliver on time;
● Orientation towards result, a future perspective and independence in making decision;
● Able to solve problems, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.

● Growing the business in South area – B2B Services;
● Building local partnerships and find new local clients;
● Evaluating monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly the performance of newly concluded contracts as well as the level achieved for established performance indicators;
● Responsibility for the receipts for sales made, according to the negotiated commercial conditions
● Creating the best and durable possible relationship with partners;
● Building long-term partnerships, providing advice and business support to new clients and signing additional documents to commercial contracts concluded.
