You will be responsible for providing technology solutions for global financial industry players that add value to theirs’ business, by analyzing their challenges, identifying their problems, then implement our software solutions tailored to suit the client's needs.

Requirements:

• +5 years relevant working experience in a management / strategy consulting or technology solutions company.
• Undergraduate or master’s degree in economics, engineering, or computer science.
• Knowledge of Financial Services business processes.
• Influential, with good negotiating skills.
• Software functional architecture and/or technical knowledge.
• Outstanding analytical skills, able to frame problems and coach others.
• Excellent business knowledge must be able to understand quickly how a business/industry works.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to develop pragmatic and creative business solutions.
• Good communication skills, ability to position himself/ herself as a trustful, knowledgeable business partner to management teams.
• Project management skills, ability to perform activities from multiple work streams and achieve set deadlines and goals.
• Detail oriented and results focused.
• Strong team worker and able to fit in diverse environments.
• Tenacious, highly resistant to a fast-paced working environment.

• Provide consultancy services on technology projects, using the TotalSoft implementation methodology and assist in managing any project conflict or risk.
• Responsible for client satisfaction and managing relationships with assigned clients.
• Analysis – Work with customers to clearly understand their business requirements and determine how Total Soft’s Charisma ERP can address their business requirements through close discussion and co-operation with team members and the Product Management Team.
• Ensure full documentation of the proposed solution is provided for internal and external review and the scope meets the project objectives and minimizes cost and risk.
• Configuration – Configure Charisma ERP to meet the needs of analysis and support the testing of the solution internally and with the customer.
• Issue Management – Manage any project issues and risks to ensure the smooth running of the project and escalate as appropriate.
• Testing – Advise and assist the customer where appropriate in planning, documenting, and testing the solution to ensure it operates as per the specification.
• Go-Live and Support – provide pre go-live and post go-live support to the customer during the transition to the new system and achieve final project acceptance within 2 months of go-live.
• Ensure that all project issues are logged, tracked, and resolved during and after the project.
• Upon final system acceptance hand the project over to the customer service department.
• Help Identify future opportunities/phases of the project and assist the Account Management team in positioning and selling additional TotalSoft products and services.
• Receive and provide training on Charisma ERP to increase product and industry knowledge.
• Gathers, synthesizes and validates relevant data by performing financial or market analysis as per project requirements.
• Ensures full support for clients’ management team by proposing implementation plans, offering the assistance needed and monitoring the implementation when required.
• Elaborates business reports, presentations and proposals based on research, analyses carried, meetings and interviews and contributes to business development.
