Andrei Romanescu - Managing Director @Veeam Software

Andrei is the Managing Director of Veeam in Romania and is passionate about mentoring ambitious individuals and teams at all levels get ahead of the game in the areas of Strategy, Execution and Leadership. Andrei explored industries like telecom, business process outsourcing, shared services and IT, undertaking various roles in customer service, marketing, finance and operations management. After having been the Managing Director for Hewlett-Packard Global Business Center (HP GBC) being the first Romanian to lead a team of more than 3,500 people, Andrei took a new challenge in 2015 - to establish and grow the first Veeam office in Romania. His vision is to transform the Romanian operations into an European Hub of technology where Veeam can foster the brightest talents across the industry.
