• Degree and qualification level: Technical Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT Hardware.
• Experience 0-5 years.

• Respects and maintains the MINIMUM standards for the Safety Training Coefficient specific to its type of work, as required.
• Follows step by step the training program-fixed in the Schlumberger Learning Management System
• Work under the sole supervision of experienced technicians, Team Leaders and R&M supervisors
• Adheres to all Schlumberger Quality services, and HSE and IT
• Provides maintenance process support to senior technicians, engineers and on-site specialists
• Operates under the partial control of experienced technical maintenance personnel to gain mastery in the work.
• Performs maintenance on equipment under supervision, with an ultimate goal of being able to work without supervision.
• Follow and strengthen the R&M process
• Use specific maintenance manuals including the use of Qtrac manuals and similar documents
• Keep up-to-date with modification-recaps, TIR's and the relevant implementations
• Implements the mod-recaps, TIR's updated with the related procedures
• Actively participates in the sharing and reuse of knowledge.
• Actively monitor use, and reorder required inventory and spare parts
• Reports directly to Maintenance Team Leader

The maintenance technician, under partial supervision, participates in the preventive maintenance and repair of tools and equipment according to the standards and procedures of Schlumberger.
He/She continues to gain experience and practice through on-the-job training as well as from specialized Schlumberger training courses.
