What will you do?

- You will work closely with the business owner, HR and Sales team on a growth strategy and then devise an action plan with goals and objectives;
- Participate in interviews with the HR team;
- Prepare candidates profiles both in English and German according to our standards and client needs;
- Make an assessment of the German level of the candidates;
- You will take ownership and follow through on commitments;
