MARKETING TRAINEE, Location: Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Bachelor’s / University Degree required;
- Excellent English verbal and written skills;
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat;
- Very strong attention to details and ability analyze different types of data;
- Good organizational skills and ability to work cross teams, as well as team player;
- Very good interpersonal & communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a commitment to delivering on-time and quality results;
- Proactive and willing to learn and adapt fast to local and regional teams from Marketing.

-Support with various data collection: market data, advertising creatives, competitive key actions in the market, media reports;
- Own the marketing content adaption from global master creatives to local assets for Romanian market (digital, Expert, shopper, e-Commerce);
- Own artwork change process in our proprietary collective platform;
- Initiating into the approval system the promotional materials;
- Initiates POs and registering the invoices;
- Support in development of local contracts with various suppliers or Expert partners
