    Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
    Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
    Hiring and training sales staff and ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals
    End-user (landscape) visits and prospecting for new business and clients
    Build, manage and enhance customer and partner relationships
    Determine client's needs and identify opportunities for product enhancement and development
    Communicates information and collaborates with R&D for enhancement and implementation of products made for present or prospective clients
    Ability to organize presentations of technical information concerning specific products and training support
    Observing, understanding, and documenting customer application processes for coating applications and troubleshooting
    Resolve customer issues and escalates issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
    Grow industry knowledge and gain visibility through attending industry events by involving actively with assigned industry associations and participation in commercial trade shows
    Explore new conference opportunities and help build an annual event schedule
