Proven experience or knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure database and VBA programming (macros) will be seen as a benefit
Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, BIM360 and ProjectWise is a plus
Candidates should have a good understanding of the Project Information (data analyst) function and have past experience of working as a Project Information (data analyst) (preferably within the engineering, environmental sector or a related sector).
Excellent knowledge of English with correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Strong understanding of data analysis / data insight / enterprise information / reporting
Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot.
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are also essential because document control specialists regularly communicate with internal and external business partners.

1 to 5 years’ experience
Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Apply data program techniques and procedures
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
