Technical Business Analyst - Remote Work

We are a hands-on IT strategic partner, seasoned with corporate background and tech start-up agility, offering  a wide understanding of the value of tailor-made IT services for clients in Western Europe

• Basic understanding of software development processes and agile working (incl. Jira, Confluence, writing user stories).
• Independently create documentation in relevant systems such as SharePoint, Confluence and Jira in compliance with specified standards
• Independent coordination of milestones
• Understanding of data flows and process modelling (ERM, flow diagrams, etc.)
• Coordination of relevant stakeholder (requesting parties, development teams and other teams with dependencies to the delivery) so that the timelines can be kept
• Translating functional business requirements into technical specifications for digital customer journeys (especially the development and integration of microservices and APIs)
• Understanding technical problems and solutions in relation to the current and future business environment and developing plans to integrate new and existing processes
• Independently gather, coordinate and manage technical requirements with different stakeholders (product owners, architects, developers, marketers)
• Independently complete user stories as specified by the client with a focus on integration of services (APIs)
• Independently understand and check APIs for availability and correctness with regard to data fields, error codes, business rules and special cases, etc.
• Independently compare API specifications with business requirements

• Contribute to our API standards and best practices associated with all aspects of the Business Functions Framework and IT standards
• Support, drive and consult within the Solution design process
• Ensure all integrations adopt to the same data model and does Data Mapping
• Needs advanced (REST) API knowledge to ensure best practices in service consumption and setup
• Require basic knowledge of Node.JS, deployments (pipelines), data transfer/handover
• Provide expert level design and support towards the successful delivery of our API portfolio to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute towards continual service improvement activities related to the delivery of business services
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, cost effectiveness and high availability
