    The Global Alliance/GSI Program Manager is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the support of the Office of Alliances Business Management. The Global Alliance/ GSI Program Manager will be responsible for acting as the key owner and coordinator for aspects of the business plan and programs. In addition to owning Go To Market cadence calls and activity trackers, this position will be key to holding Alliance/GSI team members accountable for execution against business plans and programs. This role will also be responsible for interlocking Alliances/GSI pipeline with Veeam Sales teams. The role will be pivotal in providing the structure and support in achieving the revenue and strategic objectives of Alliances and GSI's globally.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with Global Alliance lead and stakeholders to provide structure and cadence to GTM
    • Execute and own Alliance/GSI master project plan
    • Upload Alliance/GSI pipeline into SFDC opportunity management portal and coordinate opportunity engagement between Alliance/GSI and Veeam Sales
    • Work with data analysis to report and analysis pipeline trends
    • Act as the Veeam program manager lead for various programs including managing Veeam resources to achieve required tasks
    • Own and manage Microsoft Partner Connect deal registration program
    • Provide Microsoft Global lead with feedback on Partner Connect program as well as, weekly analysis of pipeline participation and opportunity closure
    • Any other projects that support in the achievement and development of the Alliance/GSI

    Requirements

    • Program Management experience is preferred
    • Microsoft Partner Connect experience is plus
    • Experience working with geographically and culturally diverse teams
    • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines and quotas
    • Experience with Alliance or GSI operations
    • Familiarity with SFDC and CPQ tools
    • Experience compiling, querying, analyzing, and reporting data
    • Microsoft Excel experience is required
    • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities

    Skills

    • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a related functional role, preferably in operations, sales and marketing, or related field in a B2B software environment
    • Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams
    • Familiar with Salesforce.com and CPQ tools
