•Experience and understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes
•Experience testing web and mobile applications
•Experience testing APIs / web services
•Experience with bug reporting tools (JIRA)
•Experience in creating Test Plans and Test Cases
•Basic SQL skills
•Knowledge of test automation techniques
•ISTQB Certification
•Experience in Agile environment
•Ability to learn and understand complex Business Processes and Business Rules quickly
•Problem solving and issue resolution skills
•Communicate with 3rd parties as needed
•Dynamic, Result oriented
•Sense of urgency as well as the ability to multi-task

•Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
•Understand the proposed / implemented solution for business requirements, obtain clarifications where needed, acquire a complete and detailed understanding of the business/functional logic
•Write, update and execute test cases in accordance with the business requirement
•Reports issues in a clear, concise manner, escalate bugs to development teams and document them in issue tracking systems
•Follow-up issues, confirm fixing and close
•Perform regression testing
•Track quality assurance metrics
•Estimate, prioritize, plan testing activities
