Cunostinte aprofundate de utilizare a programelor MS Office, programe tip CRM;
Studii medii finalizate.

Contactarea telefonica a potentialilor clienti persone juridice (companii micro si mijlocii) si promovarea serviciilor companiei (min. 25 apeluri/zi);
Identificarea nevoilor clientilor si oferirea de solutii personalizate (telefonic si prin e-mail);
Documentarea apelurilor desfasurate in sistemul CRM al companiei;
Efectuarea de apeluri de tip „follow-up” cu potentialii si actualii clienti ai companiei; Raportarea lunara in sistemul CRM.
