    Job Description:

    Do you want to be a Group IT Communications Specialist? These should spark your interest:



    * Global responsibility for specific Group IT projects.
    * Selection and implementation of the best solutions for project communications requirements.
    * Steering of external agencies and service providers in the context of project communications activities.
    * Strategic communications planning and further development as well as implementation of communications concepts for defined Group IT departments.
    * Development of a target group-specific communication landscape.
    * Supporting the continuous development and implementation of the Group IT Communications concept and action plan.
    * Consulting and supporting of Group IT teams regarding their communications activities.
    * Supporting the Group IT crisis communications .
    * Participation in projects to further develop IT communications processes for continuous quality optimization.
    * Supporting the planning, organization and administration of global IT management as well as internal employees events .

    Job Requirements:

    This is what it takes to be a successful in Group IT Communications Specialist:



    * Outstanding communication and intercultural skills.
    * Good know-how regarding communications concepts and techniques.
    * Good knowledge in MS Office .
    * Good knowledge of web technologies and the usage of internal social media platforms.
    * Very good German and English language skills.
    * Affinity with IT topics.
    * Structured and independent way of working as well as creativity, openness and strong team spirit.
    * High customer / stakeholder orientation (target audience groups).
    * Initiative thinking & doing.
