CRM Salesforce Consultant

Medicover Tech is the internal software service provider across business at Medicover. Our goal is to capture and translate the business requirements into information systems and develop the software applications across businesses in the healthcare and diagnostic industry. We design and develop innovative information systems in close partnership with our businesses, colleagues in both the in operations and IS&T, to support our provisioning of excellent customer, clinical and diagnostic services.

Your Profile:

o At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position;
o Advanced experience with Salesforce.com configurations;
o A background in CRM process design and implementations;
o Experience with enterprise integration tools (ETL) tools is a plus;
o Relevant university degree in IT or in related domain;
o Excellent level in English language - both spoken and written;
o Ability to work both independently and as a team member;
o Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure and complying with strict deadlines;
o Proactive behavior, good organizational and time management skills;
o Provide a trusted partnership and commitment to the company values, in order to deliver a high quality of services to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

o Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce to country sales coordinators and managers;
o Analyze the input received from countries and compare them, adapt them to the current CRM functionality;
o Understand what the change request is, what it affects (particular country or core of the application);
o Make a case for each request in order to see what it impacts – for example if it’s something that affects the core of CRM, and it is a modification that will be applied for all countries, or if it is a request from a particular country and can / is worth implementing in that particular case only;
o Collaborate strongly with Commercial Excellence Director and Support Team Lead;
o Certain amount of traveling abroad might be required (e.g. a few days every three months).
